If you have suffered a work-related injury in the South Florida area, we encourage you to learn more about Levine, Busch & Schnepper, P.A. Our firm offers unique experience in this area of the law.

The partners at our firm are both board certified workers' compensation lawyers by the Florida Bar. Our firm has helped thousands of clients in the South Florida area obtain workers' compensation benefits.

We take great pride and professional satisfaction in our ability to protect the rights of injured workers and to guarantee that our clients receive all benefits they are entitled to under the Florida Workers’ Compensation law.

In cases involving an injury caused by a third party, as opposed to an employer or co-employee, a personal injury lawsuit may be appropriate in addition to pursuing workers’ compensation benefits. Our attorneys have extensive experience in both workers' compensation law and personal injury law. We know how to effectively handle claims to seek the best possible results for the people we represent.

We handle all injury claims from carpal tunnel to brain damage and wrongful death claims. Some of the most common types of injuries that lead to a workers' compensation claim include:
* Back and neck injuries (including herniated or slipped disks as well as torn or pulled muscles)
* Loss of sense (e.g. hearing, vision or even smell)
* Broken bones
* Heart attack
* Emotional or mental health problems like depression or anxiety
* Occupational diseases (e.g. asbestosis or carpal tunnel)
* Paralysis or loss of limbs
* Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act
