Mase, Lara, Eversole is a full service law firm with the following specialized practice areas:
* Litigation
Mase, Lara, Eversole was founded as a civil trial practice and litigation firm. Our attorneys practice in all state, appellate and federal courts and we pride ourselves on our skill and willingness to take cases to trial when in the best interest of our client. Our litigation practice includes general civil litigation, complex commercial litigation, class action cases, maritime and admiralty litigation, employment disputes, condominium law, personal injury litigation, medical malpractice and wrongful death. We also specialize in various forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration of disputes and mediation.
* Corporate Practice
Members of our firm have extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters. Our members have represented companies in international and domestic mergers and acquisitions and other transactions in addition to counseling senior management of numerous large and small corporations, developing intellectual property strategies, managing regulatory compliance, developing corporate policies and procedures, managing corporate governance matters and drafting and negotiating and negotiating various contractual arrangements. Our international corporate practice includes cross-border transactions as well as representing both Latin American and European companies doing business in the United States.
We also offer a unique work structure for some of our small to medium size corporate clients that provides them the benefits of an in-house legal department without the overhead and multi-tiered staffing of an in-house legal department and the hourly billing structure of most law firms. This structure entails our firm serving the function of general counsel for a company at a fixed monthly retainer that will be more cost effective and provide superior service than can be done through the traditional law firm structure or by establishing an in-house legal department.
* Labor Practice
Our firm represents both management and employees in various labor matters including wage and hour claims, age, gender, race and disability discrimination claims and executive breach of contract and non-compete litigation. We have also been involved in the collective bargaining agreements of our corporate clients.
